Only members in Good Standing (Paid Dues) who are physically present at the masjid are eligible to cast a ballot.
Visit the Registration Desk at the Masjid. Staff will verify your membership status and mark you as 'Present' in the attendee registry.
Use the secure voting kiosk at the Masjid to verify your identity and unlock your digital ballot.
Select your candidate and cast your vote. Your choice is encrypted and saved without any link to your identity.
Your email acts as a unique key to unlock the ballot. It prevents duplicate voting and ensures only verified members participate.
Once unlocked, your identity is separated from the choice. The final ballot contains no link to your name or email in the database.
