Section 1: Candidate Eligibility

Per the Societies Act and WRMA Bylaws, a nominee must meet all the following criteria to serve as a Director:

18 years of age or older

Active Member in good standing

Legally capable of managing own affairs

Not a bankrupt (discharged or not)

No relevant criminal offences (per Soc. Act)

Resident of White Rock / South Surrey

Member for at least past 3 consecutive years

Served on a committee for at least 1 year
